Blooming tape strips help to make volume fans on artificial eyelashes and are a perfect tool to practise the right volume techniques. The gripping surface makes fanning easy and helps you with gaining confidence in your application techniques.
How to use them:

1. Pick one strip from the sheet with tweezers.
2. Put the strip on a lash palette for example and remove the paper on top of the strip.
3. Make volume fans and put them on the strip.
